Required Additional Documents:
The following list includes five fundamental documents and materials that students must be prepared to submit for any study abroad program to which they choose to apply:
- Official Transcript
- Statement of Purpose (750 words)
- Proof of Health Insurance
- Photocopy of Passport
- Documentation of Spanish Proficiency
Students may be required to submit additional documentation. Expanish university advisors will inform students of any additional Expanish program requirements upon consultation in the early stages of the application process.
* Statement of purpose should contain reasons for choosing to study in Argentina (min 650-max 750 words, double-spaced, in English or Spanish).
** Two letters of recommendation are required; both letters should be from faculty members at your home institution.
*** Documentation of Spanish Proficiency includes any certifications demonstrating Spanish competency (AP test results, Language certificates, etc.).
Documents for Internship, Volunteer Program and Scholarship Applicants:
- Internship applicants: Letter of recommendation and Résumé/Curriculum Vitae (in Spanish).
- Volunteer applicants: Brief essay stating reasons for wanting to volunteer (max 400-words, in Spanish).
- Scholarship applicants: Corresponding Expanish Scholarship Application and accompanying documents.
