Why Expanish?

Expanish is a local organization to South America with a wide range of resources and a broad network that function to expand the student experience by providing the opportunity for cultural integration through skill workshops, weekend excursions, homestays, and daily activities with native South Americans outside of the traditional classroom setting. Student learning is facilitated through practical experiences with the language, in addition to formal instruction at local universities. The integrated nature of Expanish classes, homestays, workshops, excursions and activities allows Expanish students to really experience South America on a profound level during their time abroad.
